The Department of Public Safety in the Northern Marianas says a pregnant woman has been found dead in a hotel room in Susupe.
The Department says investigators found no signs of injuries on the victim and foul play has been ruled out.
Investigators say the 39-year-old woman, had a history of mental illness.
