New Zealand navy restates Tonga mission parameters

The New Zealand Navy has made clear to Tongan media that it will not be able to haul any bodies from the likely wreck of the Princess Ashika ferry.

Some Tongans are said to be preparing burial plots, believing that the Navy's remote operated vehicle will be able to recover their relatives.

93 people are still missing, believed dead, after the ferry went down a week ago.

What's thought to be the sunken wreck will be further explored on Monday, when the weather's expected to clear.

Lieutenant Commander Andrew McMillan says has had to reiterate that bodies won't be recovered in that operation.
