The governors of American Samoa, Guam and CNMI are to testify tomorrow in Congress on two federal bill with the U.S. House Subcommittee on Insular Affairs, Oceans and Wildlife.
The first bill is called the Coral Reef Conservation Act Reauthorisation and Enhancement Amendments of 2009.
The second bill would convey certain submerged lands in the CNMI in order to give CNMI the same benefits as Guam, the Virgin Islands, and American Samoa have in the area.
