Digicel's Fiji Chief Executive, John Delves, says the company aims to be number one in Fiji's mobile market despite launching 14 years after previous monopoly, Vodafone Fiji.
Mr Delves has told Fijilive the secret was not on focusing on its competitor, but rather on meeting customer demands, and consistent investment in its network.
Digicel broke Fiji's 14-year-old telecommunication monopoly on October the 1st.
Mr Delves says the company has made lots of promises, and once they are delivered will become Fiji's number one telecommunications supplier.
