Police in Fiji have questioned a New Zealand police officer connected to the High Commission in Suva.
He gave a statement after he was said to be behaving suspiciously while watching parades on last week's Fiji Day.
A police spokeswoman, Ema Mua, said the man in question, Detective Sergeant, Greg Turner, was in his apartment at the time:
"A complaint which was received by phone that was made to the police station here in Suva regarding him. So police got suspicious and went to the designated address and got him out of there and questioned him over whether he was using high tech instruments to view issues that were happening at Albert Park."
