The Board of Directors of the 10th Festival of Pacific Arts is expected to hand in a preliminary financial report to American Samoa Governor, Togiola Tulafono, today.
Co-chair of the board, Fagafaga Daniel Langkilde says the complete financial figures for the Festival should be ready some time next month.
Before the Festival, the board presented a budget of $4.1 million which included a shortfall of $1 million.
Two members of the board say from the bills they've seen, final spending will exceed budget by a wide margin.
