Pacific Telecom Incoprporated's Guam subsidiary, PTI Pacifica, Incorporated, has completed the purchase of selected current telecommunication assets and the IT&E brand name.
The company will continue to operate as IT&E.
All plans, rates and service charges will continue without any changes to IT&E customers.
IT&E's phone and internet services in Guam and the Northern Marianas will combine with PTI's services.
