The Development Bank of American Samoa is again making it possible for residents to spruce up their homes under a special home repair loan programme.
In what the bank is billing as its Easter special, DBAS is making available US $200,000 for unsecured home repair loans.
The bank offered the same loan program for Christmas and disbursed 30 loans worth $292,000.
DBAS President Utu Abe Malae says repayments from existing direct loan customers is making the Easter programme possible.
The $10,000 US loans will be charged a 9.5% interest and the loan term is 7 years.
