A Samoan scholarship student in Australia has been charged with possession of cannabis when he returned home for a holiday break.
The assistant police commissioner, Papalii Li'o, says a sniffer dog at Faleolo International airport found the drug in the student's possession.
Meanwhile a police source says a raid in a plantation before Xmas has found more than five marijuana plants ranging from 3 to 4 feet high.
The assistant police commissioner has confirmed the raid, but would not give any details.
