Villagers from Satapuala in Samoa are to meet tomorrow to consider a plea from the prime minister to end the occupation of government land opposite Faleolo international airport.
A village orator, Va'ili Mimita, says Tuila'epa Sailele Malielegaoi, met with village matais in his office yesterday.
Va'ili says it is not easy for the matais to accept the government compromise without discussing it first with the whole village.
Yesterday's meeting had been organised by the prime minister after a police operation early in the week failed to end the illegal occupation.
