Sweeping changes for Fiji 15's

10:06 am on 7 June 2007

Sweeping changes are expected to be made in the Fiji rugby side that faces the Wallabies in a one off test in Perth on Saturday night.

Head coach Ilivasi Tabua has confirmed that he could re-arrange his forward pack after they turned out a dismal show against the Junior All Blacks in Suva last week.

There could be up to five changes in the forwards with two new props, one new second rower and a re-shuffle in the loosies.

British Army soldier Apolosi Satala is tipped to start at blindside flanker with Taranaki number eight Tomasi Soqeta benched and Alifereti Doviverata shifting from number 6 to number 8.

Tabua says there could be at least 2 changes in the backline.

However, Fiji could struggle after the Australian government refused visa's for two players including prop Alefoso Yalayalatabua because of their military connections.

The Fiji side will be named later today.
