The Samoa government has appointed a former assistant police commissioner, and an Opposition MP to sit on the Lands and Titles court.
The former MP and ex-auxiliary member of the police, Patea Satini Epati, has been a politician for the last five years.
The other new judge was a former assistant police commissioner who retired last month, Va'aelua Rimoni Va'aelua.
The pair will be sworn-in on Friday.
