Samoa's public health pathologist will conduct a post mortem of a Tongan man, Manase Felemi, who died on board a Poly Blue plane .
Mr Feleni, who was a policy officer at the Food and Agriculture Organisation regional office in Apia, died an hour before the plane was due to land at Samoa's Faleolo airport.
