The Honiara Town and Country Planning Board in Solomon Islands will hear draft redevelopment plans for Chinatown today.
Chinatown was largely destroyed during the April riots.
The Chairman of the Board James Mekab says the Board will question land use and building controls as well as the need for improved services and infrastructure.
Mr Mekab told Solomon Islands Broadcasting public submissions on the redevelopment of Chinatown had been received.
He says representatives from those making submissions will make their presentations to the Board today.
