Samoa's Minister of Women's Affairs, Fiame Naomi Mata'afa, will represent the Samoan government at Friday's double royal funerals of Prince Tu'ipelehake and his wife, Princess Kaimana Tuku'aho.
Several members of the family of Samoa's Head of State, will also attend the funeral.
