American Samoa's Governor says the legislative and judicial branches of the government will not be affected by the administration's 5 percent cut in the upcoming budget.
During an address to the Fono, the Governor Togiola Tulafono said the Fono budget would be the same as last year - 5 point 6 million dollars.
The Administration is forecasting a 5 point 6 percent drop in local revenues next year and has made budget cuts accordingly.
