The chairman of the government caucus, Steve Abana, says the document is an amalgamation of the positions held by the various groupings in the coalition.
He says it will reflect a harmonizing of policies in priority areas.
It is expected that Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare will present the joint policy document in a live broadcast on the national broadcaster, the SIBC, this afternoon.
