Hawaii police seeking two Samoans over murder, vehicular homicide

Authorities in Honolulu are looking for two Samoans wanted on separate felony charges.

The pair are among the more than 1500 warrants have yet to be served on defendants, who have managed to flee or otherwise avoid Honolulu police.

According to the Honolulu Advertiser newspaper, two Samoans are among defendants who are charged with first degree negligent homicide, and causing the death of someone after driving a vehicle while intoxicated.

Alofa C Togia, who's 30, is charged with the death of Seann Griffith on the March 21st, 1999.

The second Samoan is Alatise Teo, who's 41, charged with the death of Benjamin Whitfield Jr, on November the 26th, 1989, and failing to stop and help.
