Another body has gone missing from the Lautoka Hospital morgue in Fiji's west, the second in two days.
Radio Fiji reports that this has been confirmed by the general manager of Lautoka Hospital, Dr Eloni Tora.
Dr Tora says records show that the body was placed in the morgue but there are no records of it being removed.
The missing body came to light after relatives went to the hospital today to collect it for burial.
Police have been called in to investigate.
On Monday the body of a stillborn baby was found to be missing when relatives went collect it for burial.
They were forced to bury an empty coffin when services were held today.
