Power workers in Papua New Guinea have returned to their jobs after calling off a nationwide strike.
The Trades Union Congress says workers at PNG Power who belong to the Energy Workers' Association, are now awaiting the results of industrial arbitration.
Hundreds of workers began a strike last Thursday, leading to blackouts at the weekend.
The secretary-general of the energy workers' association, Philip Kaira, has been charged with contempt, for allegedly breaching court orders obtained by PNG Power to stop its workers from striking.
