A new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Samoa Ports Authority has been appointed.
He is Toleafoa Elon Betham, former General Manager of the Samoa Shipping Services.
Toleafoa replaces Papalii John Ryan who has retired after six years at the post.
Toleafoa is expected to head the management company for the coconut factory Desico.
