Air New Zealand Pacific flights still cancelled despite end of strike

7:25 am on 23 July 2005

Air New Zealand says around 30 flights tomorrow and Monday will remain cancelled despite international flight attendants calling off their strike.

However Air New Zealand says the contingency plan it put in place is irreversible and the cancelled flights will remain that way, as it has already made alternative arrangements for most affected customers.

The airline had been due to fly to Rarotonga, Tahiti and Hawaii tomorrow, and to Nadi on Monday.
