Dissidents within French Polynesia's majority in the territorial assembly say they still take issue with the way the territory is run and don't agree with the allocation of ministries to the Fetia Api Party.
The four MPs have called a news conference after boycotting proceedings last week to restate their views and to reject accusations that they are traitors and that they have been given millions of dollars.
They say differences remain despite the President, Oscar Temaru, meeting their demand to remove the crucifix from within the assembly builduing.
One of the MP's, Hiro Tefaarere, says voters are being trampled on as promises are not being kept and the country is run like a vulgar fund.
When asked about rejoining the ranks of the ruling majority, Mr Tefaarere said he is prepared to work with the government and the opposition.
