The Privy Council of Tonga has appointed a new chief justice.
He is Justice Robin Webster, who is currently serving as a part-time Employment Tribunal Chairman in Edinburgh in Scotland.
He is replacing Justice Gordon Ward, who has accepted a post with the Court of Appeal of Fiji.
Justice Webster has previously served as a Supreme Court Judge in Tonga from 1988-1991.
