An American Samoan company, Safari Aviation, has been approved by the Samoa Government to operate charter cargo flights.
Safari's Director of Administration and Sales Betty Cavanaugh says they got a permit for flights to Apia last week.
She says since Polynesian Airlines has been reduced to one aircraft, Safari has been bombarded with calls from businesses.
