A 14 year Tongan youth has been charged with murder after the death of a Thai national at the weekend in the capital Nuku'alofa.
The 52 year old Thai was one of a number of foreign construction workers building the new Fua'amotu airport hotel.
Police says he was rushed to hospital on Saturday night with severe head injuries and died the next day.
