Nine more bodies exhumed in Solomon Islands

Solomon Islands police have exhumed nine more bodies as part of murder investigations.

Eight of the bodies were found on Guadalcanal's weathercoast and two of them have been taken to Honiara's central hospital to determine the cause of death.

This is the second mass exhumation carried out by RAMSI after police in October exhumed the bodies of seven members of an Anglican church group, the Melanesian Brothers, killed by Keke supporters.
