The thirty three dismissed staff of Vanuatu's Broadcasting and Television Corporation or VBTC have returned to work
They were reinstated after an arbitration board ruled that their dismissal was null and void.
This is the second time that they have been reinstated after the first reinstatement failed earlier this year.
Meanwhile an application for a restraining order by the VBTC board to stop the staff from returning to work has been rejected by the magistrate board.
