Police in American Samoa claim to have found the cause of the fire that completely destroyed the Laufou Shopping Centre --- the largest and busiest complex in the territory.
However, an arson investigator, Cliff O'Brien and police captain Va'a Sunia, say they won't release their findings until they have consulted with New Zealand US insurance investigators.
