The APRA Silver Scroll Awards celebrate the best in New Zealand songwriting.
The 2016 Awards will be hosted by RNZ Checkpoint's John Campbell live from Auckland’s Vector Arena.
RNZ willbroadcast the awards on RNZ National, televise them on Freeview Channel 50and run a live video stream on www.radionz.co.nz following on from Checkpoint, with the ceremony beginning at 7pm Thursday, 29th September.
This will be the first time in the 51-year history of the awards that they will be available to the public in this way, providing a window into one of the most exciting nights in the New Zealand music calendar.
